Clear answers before you pay
The practical details about renewals, credit validity, charges, and payment records.
- What is a credit?
- Credits pay for your videos. Every video costs 780 credits, whichever template you pick, so one credit pack always buys the same number of videos.
- Do credits expire?
- Credits are valid for 1 year from the day you buy them. The videos you make are kept for 30 days, so download the MP4 when it is ready.
- What about refunds?
- If a video fails, the credits for it go back to your balance automatically. For anything else, see the refund policy below.
